Our client is currently seeking a Coordinator to join their team. This company deliver exceptional services to the educational sector and the role of the Coordinator will be specifically placing students into work experience during the T- level studies.

The role will help expand and build on existing connections with the surrounding businesses and employers to help develop new relationships to source work experience placements and projects throughout the academic year.

**Responsibilities for the Coordinator**:

- Efficiently work with Curriculum Teams and other managers to understand the various courses the facility provide and align with relevant work placements.
- Act as the main point of contact for work experience within the college group and follow up communications.
- Source extended work experience roles in specific sectors for the learners on programmes such as T Levels.
- Be able to work closely with the business development team and account managers to engage with existing employers on the database and develop ways to streamline contact with employers.
- Ensure all communications with employers is recorded on the database.
- Ability to travel between sites when required.
- Have a passion about putting people on practical learning courses and being able to kick start successful careers.

**Experience and qualifications required for the Coordinator**:

- Valuing Equality and Diversity.
- Being able to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communicational and relationship building skills.
- Hold a full UK Drivers Licence.
- Willing to take a DBS check as you will be working in the educational sector.
- Previous coordination and admin experience required.
