Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising family time between children and their birth families at our contact centre. This will involve:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with families
  • Coordinating and facilitating safe and effective contact sessions
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to families
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress

You will work closely with our team to ensure that all aspects of the service are delivered to a high standard.
