**Full Time ,**Monday-Friday must be flexible between 8am-6pm (8 hour shifts) with Saturday morning working on a rota basis (1 Saturday in 3)
Our client based just near Burgess Hill train station is looking to recruit Customer Service Agent. Taking inbound calls from customers in a busy call centre and responding to customer requirements and queries. Using the in-house CRM systems to respond to thesequeries, making bookings and up selling if applicable. Working with high-profile clients and upselling products when applicable as well.
**Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested

**Requirements**:

- Attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Good listening skills
- Ability to follow processes
- Ability to work under pressure - desirable
- Background in providing customer service - desirable
- Must be available to work Saturday mornings on a rota basis
