We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team at First Recruitment Services. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their queries
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
