We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at First Recruitment Services. As a Shift Work Dispatcher, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our control centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and manage multiple incidents simultaneously, making decisions that impact customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders via radio, telephone, and computer systems.
- Update computer records and maintain accurate documentation.
- Process payments and invoices for company services.
- Work collaboratively with a small team to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent planning and memory skills to manage multiple incidents.
- Strong team skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
- Ability to work a 4-day on, 4-day off shift pattern with 12-hour shifts.
- Availability for overtime if required.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary based on 42 hours per week.
- Plenty of overtime opportunities.
- Standard hourly rate, nights and weekends £19.00 per hour.
