**An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 Senior Administrators to join the charity and provide administration support to some of our Senior Leadership Team**

**Salary: Up to £29,033 per annum depending on experience**

**Location: Northampton**

**Hours: 37.5 hours Per Week - flexible working will also be considered**

**The role and person**

You will take responsibility for providing a pro-active, efficient and effective administration service to our **Director of Operations, Director of Nursing, Director of Operational Support, Director of Social Care, Director of AHP and Director of Psychological Therapies.**

The roles will provide essential admin duties, to include; diary management, minute taking, maintaining action and decision logs

You will also support a number of key committee meetings and forums to prepare agendas and papers, produce reports and take accurate minutes and actions. You will provide diary management support for the Senior Leaders above, their direct reports and co-ordinate an effective administration service across the teams.

This is a great opportunity to support programmes of work and initiatives that will support the Charity in achieving its purpose to inspire hope for those living with complex mental health needs.

You will be an experienced administrator with strong Microsoft Office skills. A great communicator who is accustomed to building effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to manage a number of different high priority pieces of work and have an excellent eye for detail.
