The role will be based at One Angel Square, Northampton, NN1 1ED.

What will you be doing?
The Senior Administrator is responsible for actioning referrals, answering customer queries, controlling stock levels, and completing clinic bookings. This a varied position with a variety of key responsibilities, all of which are integral to the running of the service.

About you
You will need to have an excellent telephone manner along with a passion for customer service. The role also requires you to have a keen eye for detail and be accurate and efficient when inputting data.
