Duties:

  • Provide precise and confidential administrative support to ensure seamless HR operations.
  • Collaborate with Unit Admin to confirm and review HR compliance, enhancing a compliant and ethical workplace.
  • Deliver comprehensive inductions to new employees for a smooth onboarding process.
  • Support the Head of HR in exciting ongoing initiatives to drive organizational progress.
  • Represent the HR department in governance and essential meetings to influence decision-making.
  • Handle reference requests and address tenancy inquiries with accuracy.
  • Oversee contract modifications and manage general HR inquiries promptly.
  • Accurately record and manage sickness, absence, and holiday data.
  • Prepare necessary documentation such as grievance and sickness letter templates.
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee relation cases including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and requests for flexible working.
  • Engage actively in governance meetings and corporate induction training to ensure effective communication and HR policy implementation.
  • Assign and document training sessions, maintaining precise records and avoiding scheduling conflicts.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Completion of secondary school education or equivalent.
  • Holder of L3 CIPD qualification or relevant HR experience.
  • Previous experience in an office environment, teamwork skills, health and safety awareness, IT proficiency, understanding of confidentiality, and HR administration.
  • Strong organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, ability to work independently, effective communication skills, and capacity to handle pressure.
