District Administration Assistant

We have an opportunity for a District Administration Assistant to join North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue to provide administrative support to the Service Delivery and Capabilities teams.
In this role you will provide general administrative support to the district and maintain operational and community fire safety records and databases. You will be responsible for the monitoring and inputting of accurate data into information systems and support CFRMIS input and data cleansing activities.
You will handle non-emergency telephone enquiries associated with the operation of the district, including those relating to Technical and Community Fire Safety, redirecting or relaying messages as required together with receiving visitors and directing accordingly.

Please note there will be some travel required to our Training Centre in Easingwold and our Headquarters in Northallerton for training and meetings on a bimonthly basis.
