About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our CDM Department at Tersus Consultancy. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team of CDM Consultants, Health and Safety File Coordinators, and Fire Consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the CDM Department, including typing and checking documents, processing and issuing site safety inspection reports, and maintaining records of work completed.
  • Document Management: Manage and maintain documents, including CDM and Fire Department documents, using Microsoft Office Package.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, including uploading information to Ultimate Manager, a web-based software solution.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all work completed, including non-conformances and other relevant information.
  • General Administration: Perform general administrative duties, including photocopying, scanning, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under own initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • IT Skills: Good level of IT skills, including Microsoft Office Package and web-based software solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous knowledge of the construction industry is preferred but not essential.
