We are looking for an
Operations Support Partner to join our Leadership Team.
About The Role
Reporting to the Operations
Support Director, and part of the wider Butlin’s Leadership group, you will develop
and supporte strategic plan to ensure consistent delivery of our agreed ways
of working across our central office and 3 resorts in Minehead, Skegness and
Bognor Regis.
Brand standards are
incredibly important to us, and you will continue to develop our retail brand
standards along with operational working processes to ensure these are rolled
out and delivered consistently.
Working with senior
stakeholders from across the business, you will process map ways of working and
the relevant tools needed to operate effectively within the operations team,
ensuring that we’re always able to deliver an amazing experience for our guests.
Delivering commercial benefits is a key part of this role and you will
work alongside the procurement team to agree and manage the selection of all
product ranges and consumables, managing and maintaining a master price list catalogue
to effectively communicate the agreed products to the business.
You will also complete regular operational reviews, analysing data and
using this to propose changes, improvements and resolve any issues impacting
guest experience. This will also involve continuously looking for identify new
business opportunities aligned with our proposition.
About You
We are looking for a driven
individual with previous experience in a Retail Operations Support role in a
leadership capacity.
You should have excellent
communication and influence skills, with a good understanding of the impact of
a central operations team on functions across the business. You should also
have a strong understanding of external markets and supply chains.
An analytical, forward-thinking
approach is extremely important for this role as you will be working to
operationalise strategic plans consistently across the business with a mínimal
impact on our guest experience. Working to analyse trends and feedback
regularly, you should also have a focus on continuous improvement ideas that
could further develop or improve our proposition.
This is a stand-alone role,
so you should also enjoy working independently to drive change, engaging with
teams across the business to deliver results.
Butlin’s is
a fast paced and agile business, so you should enjoy creating clarity and
direction from a place of ambiguity at times.
