About the Role:
The Marketing Lead EMEA - Retail will be responsible for determining, overseeing and executing all marketing activity for HARMAN Professional Solution’s brands in the retail space across EMEA. You will partner with the EMEA Marketing Director and the EMEA Heads of Audio and Retail to drive the commercial success of the category by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of Musical Instrument (MI) products, the MI retail industry and our target customers to build excitement around our brands and a high level of engagement with our customers.

What You Will Do:- Support Amazon sales by providing appropriate online merchandising and developing AMS plans- Together with the Commercial Leadership team, you will proactively assess the marketing needs of the business, expertly advising on new ideas and initiatives to help support and drive business objectives and deliver robust marketing plans- Ensure execution excellence for all marketing activities, working closely with- Work effectively with your marketing counterparts, channel & product teams and other stakeholders where appropriate to deliver integrated campaigns, directly managing execution on PR, Advertising, Content and leveraging Digital, Creative and Retail Sales teams to execute in these areas for your category- Work alongside other internal teams, including Sales, BD, Global PR, Global Marketing, Technical Services, to ensure seamless internal and external communication and manage external creative agencies and suppliers as required- Collaborate closely with distribution and retail partners to ensure seamless activation in all markets, sharing knowledge and measuring effectiveness to help drive the transition from transactional to a partnership relationship with key customers- Develop and maintain relationships with Influencer Marketers to support retail activation plans- Deliver ROI, manage budgets, track KPIs and compile reports on marketing activities for senior stakeholders- Use extensive specialist product knowledge of Harman Pro’s MI retail products to inform Retail commercial strategy and define retail marketing plans- Lean on experience and/or contacts with specialist audio and mass interest publications, bodies and agencies to create and generate press, content and opportunities for Harman’s MI Retail products- Manage third party agencies to deliver to plan within agreed timelines and budget

What You Need:
- An in-depth knowledge of the MI Retail industry and MI Products (speakers, headphones, mixers, portable PAs, etc) is preferred- Proven ability to deliver results on Amazon- Experience in influencer marketing, especially to support build towards awareness and commercial goals- Continuous improvement mentality, keeping abreast of marketing trends and best practice- A growth mindset and track record of innovation and creative flair- Quick thinker with a “can do” and problem solving attitude who can manage multiple work streams and prioritize according to the needs of the business- Strong self-management skills, relentlessly curious and not afraid to ask questions; you want to learn and thrive within a fast-growing company- Proficient project management and organisation skills with a strong attention to detail- Strong team player
