What you’ll be doing:

We are looking for an experienced marketeer who is passionate about communication, brand building and product development. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career, as you work for a dynamic and forward-thinking company. The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably with a background in retail, and have a track record of driving sales and making an impact through clever marketing. You will have strengths in planning, have amazing attention to detail, can write a cracking brief and see the next opportunity in the horizon.

Responsibilities.

  • Help develop and implement retail strategies to increase product visibility and customer engagement in our retail venues.
  • Collaborate with parks to ensure optimal placement and promotion of retail products.
  • Help Analyse retail trends and customer feedback to suggest improvements and customise our offering.
  • Oversee the design and updating of menus to ensure they are visually appealing and aligned with current market trends and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with parks and operations team to help market activities that drive engagement and promote our products.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the marketing team and operations, ensuring all parties are aligned with marketing goals, objectives, and strategies.
  • Facilitate regular communication with the marketing team to align on promotional activities, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Review marketing materials, product descriptions, and communications to ensure accuracy, coherence, and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all public-facing information adheres to brand standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the development and execution of new marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand exposure and increasing retail and leisure sales.
  • Work closely with other departments, including sales, product development, and customer service, to create a cohesive marketing strategy.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing (ideally with a retail background)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A good understanding of traditional media and able to write cracking briefs to get the best out of creatives.
  • High energy, self-motivated and ambitious with ability to multi-task
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically and analytically.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Passion for people and able to build strong relationships.
  • An inquisitive mind that challenges the norm
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
