We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities within this new territory, through the development and execution of detailed prospecting.

**Position Overview**:
The Senior Event Producer oversees the delivery of a variety of projects including live events, conferences, special projects, exhibitions and virtual events within the Region. The role is a key point of contact for clients and will manage a team of freelancers to start with to ensure on brief, on time and in budget delivery. The Senior Event Producer will also lead pitches and support the business to win, mobilise and quality assure new client accounts.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
**Project Management/Delivery**:
Flawless delivery of diverse corporate live event projects including conferences, virtual, hybrid and live events, road shows, product launches, exhibitions, and Government summits

End to end project management including client liaison, brief and scope of works development, scheduling, budget management, supplier coordination, management of internal resource and integration of digital across the event

Building Scope of Work documents, agreeing all key deliverables with client and managing the change request process

Collaboration with the Creative Department to ensure the creative vision meets the client brief. Ongoing guardian of the creative idea throughout project delivery

Establishing regular client meetings, preparing agendas, and issuing meeting notes

Developing and managing timelines, risk registers and status reports and ensuring events are running to schedule and as expected

Budget ownership, securing client approvals, purchase orders and issuing invoices

Collaboration, coordination and direction of all departments and team members responsible for contributing to the event delivery, ensuring the solution meets the client brief and objective

Conduct contract negotiations with third parties and ensure costs are controlled throughout lifecycle of the project

Overseeing all delegate management services including registration and implement delegate evaluation as required including analysis of feedback, ensuring all services delivered are compliant with data protection regulations

Where required, work with the client to agree the event agenda and work with internal departments to develop innovative, immersive, and engaging content

Agreeing SMART KPIs with the client to monitor Identity performance

Lead and manage the project delivery team throughout the lifecycle of a project, from ideation and planning through to execution onsite and project closure

Build strong trusted relationships with internal teams, suppliers and freelance communities

Coordinate and manage post event internal review meetings and conduct a detailed debrief with the client, producing a report capturing key learnings and insights

Conduct project close and a full financial reconciliation, reporting figures to the Director of Live Events

Have responsibility for H&S obligations, risk and security management for the project, including creating project risk assessments and critical continuity plans as well as developing crisis management plans

**Client & Stakeholder Management**:
Work with clients at a strategic level to develop projects, campaign messaging and content

Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations with key client contacts and the wider client stakeholders

Act as a central point of contact for senior client contacts and stakeholders

Attend and lead project status update meetings with the key client(s) and other internal/external stakeholders

Collaborate closely with the wider business when new opportunities arise, especially leading on pitches and proposals for in region projects.

**Lead the delivery of pitch responses, including**:
Developing the timeline, deliverables, budget, and resource needed to support the pitch delivery

Leading the pitch response, coordinating with all departments contributing to the response

Writing copy, budget management and conducting research to support pitch responses as required
