**SENIOR TECHNICAL PRODUCER - East London; £60-70k**

Lights, cameras and action, oh my Who doesn’t like an entertaining end to a long hard week - something big and beautiful enough to dissolve the struggles of the everyday and bring out those dusty dancing shoes?

Probably the people _in charge_ of putting those nights together. Wrangling with clients, corralling suppliers together, working and reworking an ambitious vision ‘til you can’t see straight from poring over all those architectural designs.

But that blood, sweat and elbow grease births some of the most amazing experiences known to man. Tired faces and jaded hearts come alive upon being put in touch with something out of the ordinary, a rogue surprise that catches them off guard and sweeps them off their feet. Bringing wonderland back to the real world is what keeps you in this industry, toiling and triumphing and reaching deep into your years of experience to make that magic happen time and time again.

As a Senior Technical Producer with this client of ours, you’ll be in charge of supervising the production elements of their amazing roster of events. Managing a dazzling variety of awards shows, brand launches, corporate gigs and weekend showstoppers, you’ll manage your assigned projects from conception to execution, and work with creative, client and logístical teams to make this happen.

Here’s a few things you can expect to happen on your watch:

- Attend project meetings internally and onsite
- Take on, get to grips with and challenge various client briefs
- Strategize production elements by collaborating with your brilliant contemporaries
- Budget management and reconciliation
- Hiring of managers and external suppliers
- Deliver invigorating, reenergizing events by utilising your experience and in-depth, specialist knowledge of live events

In order to make these things happen, you need to have an extensive working knowledge of lighting, audio, video, rigging and power distribution, as well as scenic builds, site infrastructure and digital content. Great communication and interpersonal skills are also required as the cornerstone of providing effective leadership and operating within a interdependent team structure.
