**What this role means to you**:
As a Technical Team Leader you will play a critical role in leading and motivating a team of claims handlers, delivering exceptional customer service whilst managing claims costs and life cycles. You will have a motor claims technical background, ideally in an end to end claims environment allowing you to coach best practice, support growth and development and also understand waste and barriers that prevent delivering what matters to our customers.- Have a 'can do' attitude, flexible approach, passionate about doing a good job
Strong organisational skills in order to prioritise a variety of work
Be digitally competent and able to embrace new upcoming technology
Proven coaching and leadership skills
- Be confident in analysing data to improve productivity and identify and fix barriers or blockers that delay or interrupt the customer journey
- Monitor, track and influence Key Performance Indicators and targets
- Be competent at HR processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence relevant stakeholders
