**Typical day-to
- day duties**:

- Answering the telephone in the department
- Receiving and processing incoming invoices and this includes verifying the accuracy of the invoices ensuring they match the purchase orders and receipts
- Manage payment schedules
- Entering invoice details into the accounting system
- Scheduling payments
- Assist with data entry
- Monthly stock control
- Assist with credit control
- Raising P.O's and chasing P.O's
- Reconciliations of accounts payable balances to ensure all invoices and payments are accurately recorded and accounted.

**Skills and Interests required**:

- GCSE in Maths - Grade 4 or above
- GCSE in English - Grade 4 or above
- Be committed and developing a skilled career
- Be a good communicator and have good work ethic
- Able to follow instructions
- Have a positive attitude and a good attitude for learning

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: £12,480.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
