We are a fun, fresh and modern company looking for a **Customer Support** professional to join

our close-knit and ambitious team. As first point of contact for our customers, our Customer

Care team aims to provide friendly customer service and support through the continued

growth of our business.
- As Customer Care Representative_ you will play a vital role in the business. You’ll be the first port

of contact for our customers as you guide them through their Treatment. As a small team we

can offer great personalised development and there are plenty of opportunities to progress as

we grow the business.

**Diamond Whites** is the fastest growing invisible aligner brand based in the UK who specialise

in the dental and oral care industry. Over the past 12 months we have gone from strength to

strength to become one of the Uk’s leading cosmetic dental specialists with our growth plans

targeting international expansion. Customer service is the forefront of everything we do, being

the highest rated invisible aligner brand in the UK. Due to our speedy growth rate, we are

looking for someone to join our evolving team with the opportunities to progress within the

business.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Providing friendly service to a wide variety of customers with varying needs. From

investigating a delivery query with a logistics provider/courier to assisting with a technical

query about a product, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with and queries

they may have.

our customers get the information they need, when they need it.
- Regularly contributing to team meetings and discussions, providing your ideas and

suggestions to support the continuous improvement of our customer service standards

and journey.
- Reaching out to existing customers on a regular basis to ensure they have the necessary

resources to start their treatment. This will include taking bookings for appointments and

placing orders on their behalf.
