Are you an experienced member of customer services who is ready to play a key role for an industry leading business? Can both customers and colleagues rely on you to provide excellent support and see queries through to resolution?

Our partner are one of the most recognisable brands in the golf industry, and they are looking to add a new person to their team to lead technical support to customers, service agents and retailers.

**What’s the package?**

**£28k - £30k per annum**

**So what’s the job?**

Using your fantastic customer service experience you’ll lead the team to provide technical support to end users, retailers and service agents. Full technical training will be given and there is support from technicians, though if you have had experience providing technical product support that’d be great.

You’ll need to be passionate about supporting colleagues and customers through to resolution. Can you take responsibility and ownership and lead by example?

It’d be great if you had some line management experience. But perhaps you’re just looking for your first opportunity to pass on all that great customer service knowledge.

You’ll also be able to follow defined processes. Whether it is honouring a warranty, arranging exchanges of sending replacement parts you’ll record data accurately and see things through to completion.
