This fast moving development consultancy practice are searching for a Business Support Administrator to work for their incredibly busy Business Support Manager in resource planning.

You will be running reports and analytics on utilisation, and escalating concerns in a timely manner to the team who are very dynamic, fast paced environment

Co-ordinating and maintaining software systems and processes to maintain accuracy, extracting information from their CRM System and Quality Management System for the Operational and Marketing teams

Administrative tasks including co-ordinating and preparing meetings and travel for the Business Development and Operations teams, running reports to pull essential information for day-to-day duties and monitoring and escalating contractual agreements.

You will be responsible for the delivery of the company’s recruitment strategy, be able to work with multiple stakeholders within the business and liaise with external recruitment companies, to support the beginning to end recruitment processes

Support, maintain and review the induction and onboarding processes, delivering associated training modules, and keeping the HR and QMS systems accurate and compliant.

Identify and support the development and implementation of efficient processes, tools, and reporting to continually improve measures within their processes to promote excellence and productivity in daily tasks

Support the administrative needs of the operational team, as delegated by the Business Support Manager Skills and Experience.

A high level of proficiency with IT systems such as CRMs and workflow platforms, and across the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills (both written and oral). Adaptable, flexible and enthusiatic. Be highly proactive and demonstrate initiative. High level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Ability to work on your own as well as in a team. Flexible and confident to create new processes. Attention to detail, and a service-oriented attitude.
