We're seeking an Administration executive to join our talented, friendly Administration team.
The role is both customer service and administrative based within our various Admin teams
The role
Our suppliers require a high level of service and support.
Our Admin team are responsible for paying out of the new business deals and dealing with suppliers' general enquiries.
Key High-Level Responsibilities:

- Payout and validation of finance deals and all queries associated with this on our in-house system
- Working to set KPI's and processes to complete due diligence checks
- Prioritising workload to meet set service level agreements
- Liaising with supplier and customers in a professional manner
- Weekly updates and chasing with suppliers
- Detailed responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring completed finance documents received from our suppliers are ready for payment
- Liaising with Head Office to ensure new agreements are processed in a timely manner
- Resolution of document queries
- Reschedule of existing agreements
- Phone Calls from suppliers/sales
- General enquiries/general adhoc duties
- Commissions queries
- Change of DDM / terms of lease queries
- Scanning and sending files
- Liaising with suppliers and sales to resolve any queries relating to finance documents
- Updating internal system
