**What you’ll do**:

- Perform and own the daily reconciliations for client money

(CASS 7) and safe custody assets (CASS 6).
- Identify, allocate, investigate and narrate discrepancies,

variances, and anomalies in reconciliation processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and

implement corrective actions.
- Perform weekly data integrity testing on the Internal Custody

Reconciliation.
- Maintain the CASS Breach log and report all CASS Breaches to

the CAOO and assist internal teams with any breach

remediations necessary.
- Assist the CASS Operations team with preparing the monthly

CASS Committee materials.
- Prepare monthly MI for the CAOO
- Provide back up and assistance to the CASS Operations team

for completing the CMAR.
- Provide back up and assistance to the CASS Operations team

for the quarterly Prudent Segregation calculation
- Perform the Compliance Monitoring reviews
- Assist the CAOO with the annual Internal and External Audit

requests and overall co-ordination and assisting internal

teams with any audit findings remediation.
- Take ownership of the CASS Operations Policies and Procedure

maintenance and annual reviews.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements throughout

reconciliation processes.
- Assist in preparing reports for regulatory authorities and

internal audits.
- Support the CAOO with the day-to-day oversight.

**Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including

operations, compliance, and management teams.
- Escalate issues and exceptions to the CAOO in a timely

manner.

**Risk Management**:

- Assist in assessing and mitigating risks associated with the

CASS processes.
- Participate in risk assessment activities and contribute to the

development of risk management strategies.
- Must have minimum of 3 years of working in a CASS team or

business unit.
- Strong experience of performing CASS reconciliations, Safe Custody

and Client Money is essential.
- A basic understanding of accounting debits and credits.
- A good understanding of financial instruments, transactions, and

settlement processes.
- Strong proficiency in using financial software, reconciliation tools

and excel.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong technical skills, problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional certifications in finance or related areas are

advantageous

**What you need to have**:

- Must have minimum of 3 years of working in a CASS team or

business unit.
- Strong experience of performing CASS reconciliations, Safe Custody
