Success Recruit are currently working with a startup business that have substantial international backing from industry leaders within their sector and are looking to recruit a Personal / Executive Assistant. Supporting the CEO and senior management team,this position will suit someone who has a confident ability with managing their own time and building strong relationships throughout the business.

Our client is looking for someone who will be driven to support this start up on an exciting journey that has a clear vision for the future with a very strong financial backing, a genuine desire to succeed and support is required and the opportunity forpersonal growth and responsibility within the position.

**The successful Personal / Executive Assistant will be expected to**:

- Have exceptional administrative and organisational skills
- Have strong experience using all of the Microsoft Office suite
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Demonstrate previous experience during their career, working in start up or with international investors / businesses would be desirable but not essential

**Purpose of the role**

The purpose of the Personal / Executive Assistant is to provide exceptional support to the CEO and C suite team, aiding them all with support as the business continues to thrive and ensure the future development is managed with the smooth running of theoffice.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Full management of agenda and inbox, scheduling both external and internal meetings, video meetings and offsites/events/dinners
- Arrange all corporate commercial and private travel (both national and international), hotel and car bookings and yearly travel administration
- Support with implementing company procedures and day to day operation of the business
- Review correspondence, including confidential and sensitive materials
- Being a key communicator between the CEO’s office and shareholders; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management;
- Being the office coordinator to support new and existing team members
- Contributing to the team culture through driving office and team related engagement activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for the successful PA/ EA to work in an experienced team of professionals within a startup business, the successful person will be able to work with autonomy and can grow in this position, demonstrating flexibility to succeedin this role, with a committed attitude to ensure the organisation, quality and accuracy is implemented and managed throughout.

**Hours**:Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm

**Salary**:£38k - £54k depending on experience
