**Job description**

We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will work predominantly with the Director on a variety of duties across the entire business. This is a full-time position, with time spent at our London office and in other locations around the UK when required. This is a demanding, busy but rewarding and varied role that will require excellent time management, administration and prioritisation skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Full PA support to Director and Executives, including some personal work.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate significant effectiveness of providing one on one support to a senior Executive. Experience is valuable but not essential.
- 2+ years experience of administration duties or PA/EA or a similar, relevant skillset.
- IT/Mac literate.
- You will be a competent, fast and accurate typist and have excellent English and interpersonal skills.
- You will be proactive, always willing to go the extra mile, have excellent attention to detail and understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours depending on Directors schedule.
- Interest in business and business administration.

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
