**Job description**
We're looking for someone that has a can do attitude that enjoys being out and about each day helping our shared living space house mates enjoy well looked after properties in and around Newcastle and surround areas.
**Each day is different but key features of the role**:
basic property repairs
carrying out viewings of available spaces to rent
ensuring the properties are well maintained - gardening, no water leaks to sinks, showers etc
**Essential**:
you must have a clean driving licence
can carry out typical property maintenance tasks
- painting, decorating, changing locks, leaks from plumbing, blocked drains etc
can do problem solving attitude
ability to carry out some early evening tenant viewings and weekends.
**Desirable**:
HMO Property Management experience
This is a full time position with the availability of a work vehicle. We would love to hear from you if the idea of working with a small team, having the autonomy to also work on your own - out and about each day in different properties and the ability to grow with the business too.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
