Property Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property minded individual to thrive in a family run business with exciting plans for growth. We are looking for a Property Coordinator to be a key part of our team responsible for property lettings and holiday cottage management.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Manage holiday lets by:
- Taking bookings and payments
- Liaising with guests, cleaners, caretakers and online travel agents
- Arranging required maintenance
- Liaising with Estate Agent on new lets, negotiating lease terms.
- Liaising with solicitors on lease renewals.
- Negotiating tenancy renewals including all required paperwork.
- Setting and collecting rent and other fees from tenants.
- Arrears chasing.
- Enforcing occupancy rules (where appropriate).
- Communicate with tenants dealing with any maintenance issues that arise and ensuring regular building upkeep, addressing tenant complaints, arranging repairs.
- Order any materials required for properties/contractors.
- Property H&S compliance including gas safety, EICR’s & PAT testing.
- Maintaining, chasing, and auditing files - ensuring files are compliant 100% of the time.
- Ensuring council property licencing compliance.
- Check-in and vacation inventories, property inspections during tenancies.
- Deposit management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
