An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mental Health Team Administrator.

The post holder will provide a comprehensive and confidential secretarial service and administration support to the Prison Community Mental Health and Substance Misuse Team within HMP Wymott.

This post is for 37.5 hours per week, to be worked over 5 days Mon-Fri
- 8am-4pm.

In return you will be part of a supportive team who will develop your skills, knowledge and experience. The Administration Team are engaging and work as one team and is keen to find an experienced administrator to deliver excellent service and patient experience.

You will require experience of working in an administrative environment and have excellent administrative/secretarial skills, including the ability to audio-type - producing work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will have a good knowledge of software programmes/IT systems including Word, Excel and Outlook.

You will be committed to team working, be self-motivated and have excellent administration and communication skills. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team, to prioritise and organise own work effectively in a busy environment is essential.

The role is varied, you will need to be enthusiastic, efficient, adaptable to the needs of the service and determined to add value to the organisation. You will have good time management skills and the ability to use your own initiative whilst also being part of the team. Confidentiality needs to be maintained at all times.

You will be comfortable networking and communicating with a large team, including clinicians, senior managers, patients and other agencies. You will need to be flexible and adaptable to changing and challenging situations.
