Mental Health Team Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join our Mental Health and Substance Misuse team as the Mental Health Administrator within the Healthcare department at HMP Garth.
You will provide a comprehensive confidential secretarial and administrative function to both teams.
- To provide a full range of secretarial duties across the clinical team and visiting Consultants as required, including utilising Microsoft Office, audio/digital dictation, copy typing, filing and photo-copying, maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Organise and maintain electronic diaries and arrange meetings and appointments as necessary, ensuring preparation and circulation of papers and reports as required.
- To be responsible for production and circulation of minutes and action plans for meetings as directed.
- Responsible for ensuring effective scanning/filing arrangements, photocopying and other ad-hoc administrative requirements as requested.
- To ensure all tasks are undertaken in a timely manner given frequent prisoner movement.
- To utilise System One as directed by the Professional Lead.
- To utilise initiative to suggest and implement new ways of working to improve current systems.
