The role will be agile, working from one of our Leyland offices or working from home. The role is full-time, permanent and with flexible hours of work, utilising the Work-Life Balance policy to fit around our colleagues.

The role will require the individual to work with the team to ensure all administrative duties are completed and organised at all times.

**WHAT WILL THE RIGHT PERSON LOOK LIKE?**

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**

This role has a number of core objectives including:

Support the structure and systems designed to provide assurance on corporate health and safety management compliance to the business, through the administration of:

- Processes and activities that support day to day operations of the team.
- The business systems in use to facilitate the effective implementation and operation of the Group’s health and safety arrangements.
- Maintain the accident and incident register and co-ordinate follow up actions, in line with agreed procedures and legislative requirements. Ensure all loss events are allocated for investigation and follow up, in line with agreed procedures.
- Monitor employee changes and update health and safety related IT systems and trackers accordingly within agreed timeframes.
- Service health and safety related meetings, including room bookings, preparing agendas, taking and distributing minutes and maintaining action plans / trackers.
- Raise purchase orders and process payments via Integra for health and safety related expenditure and record expenditure against budget, as required. Check invoices for payment to ensure goods have been received and work completed prior to payment.
- Undertake research and assist in the provision of statistical / management information. Assist in the preparation of documentation, as required.
- Provide any additional administrative support as requested by the Health and Safety Manager.
