- Have a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for the work we deliver.
- Ability to adapt to working with children with complex needs and enthusiasm to take part in social activities.
- Motivated and confident working in a person-centred way to ensure consistent support for each individual.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Can work to strict processes and company policies and procedures
- Ability to respond to emergency situations should they arise.
- Can bring a sense of fun, positivity and fulfilment to the role.
