Administrator in HR Office

Working 37.5 hours a week between Monday to Friday, you will turn your hand to all HR administrative duties, from welcoming new starters, arranging meetings, data collection, managing staff payroll and implementing and promoting HR policies and proceduresthroughout the service.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
- To support in the advertisement of roles internally, and externally via Elysium Healthcare Website, Jobcentre, and other advertising means/media
- To raise requisitions for vacancies
- Complete monthly team brief and HOCG information requests
- Complete monthly vacancy and investigation reports
- To monitor and check staff professional registrations on a monthly basis.
- Complete and respond to third party information requests/references
- Complete leaver's forms/information, inform relevant parties and update systems.
- Deal and process maternity leavers paperwork and systems
**To be successful in this role, you will**:
- GCSE certificate, Grade C or above in English and Mathematics, or equivalent
- HR administration experience in a similar role or HR-related qualification
- Knowledge of working with systems to support HR and Finance Departments
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience in dealing with cash and performing reconciliations (desirable but not essential)
