Role: Family Services Co-Ordinator

What you need to know:

- Location: Belfast city centre
- Contracted hours: 28 hours per week - End of June initially due to future planning and funding position may be extended
- Salary: £17.50ph
- Working hours: Flexible with option on 1 day working from home

What the role entails:
Operational
- Effectively manage designated Managers/Lead Family Workers to achieve operational targets
- Ensure that Managers/Lead Family Workers carry out all operational processes and procedures to a high standard
- People
- Provide effective leadership and monthly formal supervision to the designated Managers/Lead Family Workers.
- Be responsible for all aspects of performance management to include individual and team discipline, target setting and work prioritisation.

Compliance
- Assist the Line Manager in reviewing, maintaining and monitoring the implementation of Bryson Care Services Policies & Procedures
- Assist the Line Manager Operations & Compliance Children’s Services to disseminate all relevant guidance and information to all projects to ensure efficient compliance

General
- Work collaboratively with Bryson Corporate services i.e., HRD, Accounts as and when required.
- Assist in sharing best practice in relation to achieving and sustaining quality initiatives
- Participate in an effective out of hours on call system when required

What We Need from You:

- LM level 5 management qualification or equivalent (Desirable or working towards)
- Child Care Qualification QCF level 3 or equivalent
- 5 GCSEs at grade C and above including English Language
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a management role within a Health & Social Care environment.
- Experience of managing people
- Clean drivers’ licence, access to transport and Business (Class) Car Insurance for the vehicle and driver

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £17.50 per hour
