About the role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a QEHS Co-ordinator at Baileys based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

The primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver a strategy that engages our Baileys Supply business in the achievement of our goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining management systems to achieve and maintain ISO external verification in the areas of quality, environment, health, and safety.

To excel in this role, you must ensure compliance with all external regulatory requirements and strive for 100% compliance with the Diageo Standards. You will also play a crucial role in developing and maintaining a culture of compliance throughout the organisation.

About you

The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience in a similar function, demonstrating excellent analytical, problem-solving, and auditing skills.

Demonstratable experience working in a challenging quality and customer focused FMCG environment is advantageous.
