Following the expansion of AMU and the new investment in the workforce, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a new team of discharge facilitators to be based on AMU. AMU is a fast paced medical admissions portal and will require individuals who are enthusiastic and highly motivated to join our team.

You will assist the qualified nurses to plan and facilitate timely discharge processes for patients from point of admission to the ward environment to the discharge of patients to their own home or alternative care facilities.

The post holder will have excellent communication skills and have the ability, drive and enthusiasm to work within a motivated team to provide high quality patient care the post holder will ideally have experience as a Discharge facilitator or Skills
