We are looking for a Head of PaaS to support us, being an integral part of our continuing growth and evolving our technology offering.

**What you will do..**

You’ll spend time identifying gaps between current and desired future state and defining the steps needed to meet the changes required.. We’ll look for you to foster an environment of change and innovation using knowledge of internal and external environments to seek out improvements.

You’ll be accountable for the security environment ensuring our security approach and activities are fully integrated into our ways of working.

**What we are looking for..**

We are looking for our Head of PaaS to have knowledge and experience in the following:

- Experience of Application Development and System Implementation
- Worked in a SAAS (Software as a Service) environment.
- Experience of leading high performing teams
- Effective decision making
- Experience in people development and leading and growing teams
- The ability to manage and influence complex, cross-Functional environments
- A commercial approach to business delivery and results
- Experience measuring the effectiveness of platforms and teams
- Extensive experience in software development and infrastructure
- A track record of delivering on-prem and/or cloud platforms
