Elizabeth School of London Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Salary: £26K to £28K (Depending on work experience)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm)
Elizabeth School of London is a Higher Education (HE) provider committed to offering relevant, high-quality programmes in seven campuses across six cities in the UK located in London, Birmingham, Leeds, Leicester, Manchester and Northampton.
Office Administration:
Report any problems with the building to the Landlord & Campus Manager.
Order office supplies and provide refreshments, when needed.
Collaborate with Student Support and Receptionists for different tasks.
Ensure campus facilities, Health & Safety, and reporting.
Handle initial admission enquiries to Campus and collect admission papers if handed in at Campus, and then pass to appropriate Department by collaborating with Student Support and other members of staff.
Assist students to access online platform such as Moodle/VLE/Microsoft Teams/Office 365 and help to resolve queries, where possible.
Keep records and send extenuating circumstances/suspension of studies to Head Office once ad-vised by Campus Leader.
Ensure student records are properly maintained and alert Head Office with significant absence as directed by Campus Manager.
Manage the loan and return facility at the library.
Provide admin support to Campus Manager and academic staff, where needed.
Undertake appropriate training and development as required.
Providing support services to all teams on Campus, catering to all their facility needs as well as day today requests.
Ensuring all staff and students are well informed of all facilities matters.
Conducting regular inspections of the building to promptly address any issues that arise.
Assisting in the implementation of new procedures established by the Campus Manager and Campus Operational Manager.
If required, provide monthly payroll reports to the HR Department.
Be flexible and show initiative, you will be required to perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of ESL.
Annual leave (5.6 weeks) + bank holidays.
