Clear choice Ltd is one of the leading cleaning contract companies within the West Yorkshire area and we due to rapid expansion we find ourselves in a fantastic position where we are looking to recruit an experienced contract Co Ordinator.
**Role - Full time permanent. Competitive Wage £28k - £30k (dependant on experience)**
Reporting directly to the operations Director, you will be responsible for day-to-day delivery of cleaning services to our customers.
**Job Role**:
- You will be supporting supervising, managing, and supporting on-site cleaning activities.
- You will be inducting, supporting, and training cleaning operatives.
- Completing onsite cleaning audits.
- Providing feedback to both customers and cleaners directly.
- On site interviews when required.
- Address directly and deal with any issues on site.
- Attending team meeting and personal development meetings.
- Strong and confident communicator.
- Passionate and supportive individual.
- Experienced in managing teams of cleaners across multi sites.
- High cleaning standards and expectations.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to cope under pressure.
- Flexibility.
- Competent with IT and associated Microsoft packages.
