We are seeking an experienced Bid Co-ordinator to join our team in Wakefield, responsible for the administration and delivery of tender projects from conception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Bid Writing or Co-ordination, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. This varied role involves working closely with the Bid team and Manager, onboarding customer accounts, and offboarding client contracts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Management of bid programmes
  • Collation of corporate documentation
  • Onboarding / Offboarding new and existing contracts
  • General Administrative tasks

This is a long-term, stable role with opportunities for progression as the business continues to grow. The salary range is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, qualifications, and skill set.

Requirements:

  • Background in Bid Writing / Co-ordination
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
