**Overview**:
We are looking for a Licensing Administrator to join our busy, established and friendly Taxi Licensing team. The work of the team you will be based in plays a crucial part in ensuring that licensed vehicles and drivers operate at a safe standard for the general public.

**About the role**:
**Key Accountabilities**
- You will prepare and send routine licensing correspondence including producing license documentation, physical license badges, and plates.
- You will deal with all incoming and outgoing correspondence to the service and carry out other administrative tasks connected with the licensing service
- You will carry out face-to-face appointments with customers including face-to-face identity verification appointments

**Fixed**

As a ‘fixed’ worker, you’ll spend most of your time in the same location, which will likely be a fixed office or location where your role is performed. Typically, you’ll be based in the same location as the rest of your team, because you provide a particular service from that fixed location or need access to information there.

**About you**:
The Service is busy and demanding and you will require excellent planning, time management and organisational skills, enabling you to manage a complex workload, prioritising and set deadlines and react to changing demands on a daily basis.

Now is an exciting time to join Taxi Licensing, as the service area recently underwent a period of change with the implementation of a new Taxi Licensing and Private Hire Policy across the whole of Buckinghamshire.
