As we continue to grow as a business we are looking for an additional office administrator to join our team.

We are initially looking for someone to work 18 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Days and hours of work will be as follows:
Monday to Thursday: 2.30pm until 5.00pm

Friday: 9am until 5.00pm

The role be quite varied and no two days will be the same. Duties will include planning of stock deliveries, telephone communication with staff and customers, stock management and ordering, assisting with recruitment and planning site visits. You will also be assisting in some credit control as well as daily and weekly monitoring of various systems, spreadsheets and records.

Experience with Excel and Word are essential.

A driving license and car would be helpful due to the office location, however we are on a local bus route.

This role will be an introduction to the company and as time goes on the hours, role and salary could expand. We are a small company with a family feel, we work together to grow together, and opportunities arise all the time.
