**Green Retreats are specialists in planning, constructing and installing luxury garden buildings, we are the UK’s largest and most trusted garden room company.**
Green Retreats are looking to recruit a Logistics Admin Assistant to help assist the production office, this includes processing and performing general administration duties to support the day to day running of production team. The role is critical to ensure the success of the offices workflow and maintaining our high level of customer service within the team, communicating daily with Installers, Base workers, Production staff and other departments.
**Daily duties include**:
- Monitoring clocking In/out of over 150 employees
- Updating calendars and spread sheets
- Processing and logging holiday requests on all internal systems
- Record sickness/absence - process return to work forms
- Managing staff uniform - ordering & issuing to staff
- Generating and issuing paperwork for teams
- Process returned team paperwork - chasing up any outstanding documents
- Answering telephones and dealing with employee queries
- Keeping logístical records up to date
- General office administration duties
**Requirements**:
- This is an inter-departmental facing role and therefore strong customer service/ customer liaison skills are essential
- Strong computer skills required
- Excellent verbal and communications skills and highly numerate
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills with experience in data inputting
- Strong organisational skills to effectively plan and manage your own workload
- Great attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise a varied workload
**Desired experience**
- A background knowledge of construction (an advantage)
- Previous experience in task coordination and planning
**Pay and conditions**:
- £24,000 per annum
- Full time, fixed term-contract 6-12 months
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
- 20 days paid holiday plus all statutory bank holidays. You will gain an additional 1-day holiday for every year worked at the company (maximum of 3 additional days)

We are based between Aylesbury and Bicester on Westcott Venture Park, just off the A41.
**Due to our location we require all applicants to own a driver’s license and have access to their own vehicle.**
