- **Equans is looking for a Facilities Supervisor to join our team in Preston Combined Court, PR1 2LL on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £24500 dependent upon experience and benefits package.**

**Shift Pattern**:Flexible between 7.30am and 6.00pm to meet business need

**What will you deliver?**:

- The FM Supervisor will have regional oversight of a number of properties within a region. This role will be aligned to the HMCTS Facilities Manager and will be responsible for delivery of the cleaning and grounds and gardens service across each of the properties and fist line supervision of the cleaning teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in line with contractual specification.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Experience of industry/public cleaning services (essential)
- Previous experience of supervising a cleaning team in multiple locations (essential)
- Knowledge and understanding of COSHH (essential)
- Understanding of basic H&S principles (essential)
- Driving Licence (essential)
