**Five Star Holiday Village Entertainment and Dining facility are looking for a customer focused Supervisor to join our enthusiastic and dynamic team.**

The HIVE is a firm favourite with our Holiday Guests and Holiday Homeowners alike, with a variety of offerings for everyone from a bustling bar area, delightful dining facilities and fabulous family entertainment with lively day time activities and impressive night time entertainment.

Our ideal Supervisor will be passionate about delivering a consistently excellent level of service and enjoy hosting front of house.
- Work alongside the Duty Managers to take responsibility for the day to day operation of The HIVE in the absence of the Manager where appropriate.
- Assist the Management team with the operational objectives of the business and ensure tight controls on costs are achieved in line with the P&L.
- Ensure that all company H & S and Food Safety objectives and standards are achieved and that any faults are raised directly with the Manager or the H & S advisor.
- Focus on “service” standards throughout the operation, and in conjunction with the Management team; continue to improve the overall professional standards.
- Communicate effectively with all areas of the overall business in order to facilitate high standards across Ribby Hall Village.
- Ensure that The HIVE operates to its maximum potential.

**Our perfect match will possess the following essential attributes**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality setting of a similar standard.
- An NVQ is hospitality would be ideal.
- Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding customer service
- Resilience and ability to perform under pressure
- Pro-active with excellent follow through on tasks
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Attention to Detail
- Excellent personal presentation
- Knowledge of beverages and fresh food
- Excellent food and liquor control skills

**Due to licensing laws applicants must be 18 years of age or above.**

**Availability**:
The position is **full time**; the normal hours of work are **45 hours per week, over 5 days **in a department that operates 7 days a week.

Full flexibility to work weekends and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business

**Salary**:
£28,000 per annum
