Automotive Service Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Supervisor to manage our workshop in Preston, focusing on delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of service and repair technicians, promoting efficiency and productivity in meeting daily targets.
  • Support the Service Manager in achieving optimal profits and customer retention levels by providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Possesses a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures in a service environment
  • Proven experience as a team leader within a busy Service/Workshop setting
Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is £32,000-£40,000+ OTE.
