Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of technicians to achieve maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate accident damage vehicles and deal with insurance claims.
- Oversee the smart repair side of the business and implement safe working practices.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Bodyshop Workshop Controller or in a supervisory role within a Bodyshop.
- Audatex experience for estimating accident damage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary based on experience (£35k basic, £40k++ OTE).
- 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) in a complete holiday year.
