We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Contractor Supervisor to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the building environment, ensuring safe, compliant, and quality services are provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the building environment to ensure safe, compliant, and quality services are provided.
- Develop effective customer relationships with internal and external customers.
- Coordinate actions emerging from the Building User Group (BUG) meetings.
- Monitor and coordinate services and activities delivered within a building.
- Ensure safe working practices are adhered to.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experiential learning.
- IT literacy, with familiarity with computer packages such as Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrable experience of managing multifunctional services and teams.
- Experience of working in a customer service environment and customer liaison.
- Experience of building and maintaining effective working relationships across service areas and with a wide range of customers.
