**Job Description - Client Services Technical Coordinator/Administrator

**Summary Overview

They are a small but highly successful IT services provider which operates predominantly in the south-east, extending nationally and into Europe from our base in Chelmsford, Essex. They work with a diverse range of clients ranging from local businesses through to large multi-national organisations and data centre co-location providers.

**Position Available**
- Reporting directly to the Operations Director and working closely with the delivery and operational teams, the position will see you playing a key role in the coordination and delivery of all JSC’s services.
- Working within a structured project-based environment the role requires a high level of professionalism.
- Full time. Working hours will be between Mon-Fri 0800-1800 at our office in Chelmsford. Home working not applicable.

**Duties and Experience

- To maintain excellent relations between the company and its clients and to be one of the main points of contact for all service-related communications.
- Scheduling, co-ordination and tracking of company engineers and resources to meet JSC services and project commitments and client expectations.
- Experience of working within a technical/IT based service company and managing resources, logistics and multiple teams both in the UK and abroad.
- Working with multiple work streams and multiple tasks.
- Assisting in the preparation, collation, creation and validation of client provided job information for various JSC Services which will include technical installations, migrations, patching, remediation works etc.
- Project, time and materials reporting and engineer tracking.
- Maintaining material stock levels. Issuing POs and dealing with material deliveries.
- Actively participate in our continuous improvement initiatives for client and company standards.
- Knowledge, authoring and experience of risk assessment and method statements would be beneficial.
- Travel, logistics and sub-contractor management are also a key component of the role.

**Qualifications and Skills

- You need a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a complex administration, scheduling or co-ordination role.
- You must be an excellent communicator both written and verbally and be able to explain and describe information without ambiguity to both clients and colleagues.
- All of our work information is electronic based and as such, your computer and especially Microsoft Excel and Word skills, must be very good.
- You need to have a minimum of A Level education and also possess a clean driving licence.
