**Office Administrator/Receptionist**
The Office Administrator/Receptionist is responsible for the daily operations of the office. This individual will provide administrative support to all departments and assist with all administrative needs.
**Responsibilities**
Maintain office supplies such as stationary and welfare items
Order site stationary / welfare items
Typing minutes from Director meetings
Fleet management
Setting up new starters for office and site
Arranging/ ordering of all IT equipment
Scanning, photocopying and filing documents
Assist in maintaining a positive work environment by maintaining high standards of professionalism and good customer service.
Assisting all departments in administrative / adhoc duties
**Education & Experience**
This is a junior role will suit a school leaver
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Work Location: In person
