Profile of Role

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our Engineering team and look after the administration of a number of tasks, essential to the smooth running of the department. This is an entry level role that will suit someone looking to move into a position that will provide a career with room for growth.

Essential Requirements
- Computer Literate
- Previous experience within a scheduling role is an advantage.
- Fully competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Ability to work well on own initiative or as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and with a high level of attention to detail

Duties
- Maintain rosters for staff
- Look after the expenses and timesheets for engineering staff
- Liaise with engineering staff and other departments to manage relevant cover for training and absence
- Arrange Hotel accommodation and flights for engineering staff on scheduled travel as required
- Support the administration of the STN roster on a leave cover basis
- Administer Temporary Airport ID’s and renewal ID’s
- Assist with the Administration process for Airport ID’s as necessary
- Any other tasks as requested by the Line Maintenance Manager and HR Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £1.00-£1,000,000.00 per year
