A key part of our Digital Marketing Strategy is to grow our Paid Search (PPC) team, allowing us the scope to reach even more customers and to understand customer buying patterns in more detail. There is a carefully mapped out plan for this team so there will be plenty of scope for an ambitious Digital Marketing Specialist to really develop a high level of technical expertise and to have more strategic input into this area of digital marketing. This role will suit a Digital Marketing Specialist who has a good understanding of how PPC works with a naturally analytical approach and good commerciality. You will join a very inclusive team and get to work with some real experts in their given fields of SEO, UX, digital analytics and Customer Insight.

**What will you be doing as a Digital Marketing Specialist?**
- Monitor and reporting on agreed KPIs per market - daily, weekly and monthly
- Identify patterns in customer behaviour and segments, and communicating these insights so appropriate action can be taken
- Using Google AdWords, to research keywords, create new campaigns and test ad copy across different countries
- Develop and using web analytical tools to support agreed online strategy
- Prepare reports, actions and recommendations to improve website visibility via SEM Performing keyword research and strategy - taking ownership to see campaigns through**About You**:
**What are we looking for in a Digital Marketing Specialist?**
- Previous experience in PPC campaign management
- Knowledge of IBM Acoustic/Google Analytics or similar
- Experience using Google Adwords or other PPC management software (Kenshoo preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
